"Evil Remains (Trespassing) " ~ 2004
Netflix description = Investigating an allegedly haunted Louisiana mansion where an unhinged young man killed his parents years before. A group of grad students find they are in over their heads as they encounter one terrifying event after another.

I found this to be the usual urban legend, haunted house movie. A little different storyline, but a lot of the same cliches. Its not a horrible movie, again, just average mindless entertainment. An ok watch or good background noise if visiting as well. :)
My score 3/5.... again frightenly average
