"The Ward" ~ 2011
Netflix description = A young woman, Kristen, is sent to a mental institution with a past as dark and haunted as her own. Terrorized by a ghost, each of the other patients in Kristens ward begin to disappear, and thats just the beginning of her long nightmare.

John Carpenter is a master of horror and again he did not disappoint. This intriguing, dark tale had my attention from the very beginning and kept surprising me until the very end. Definitely worth the watch!! Side note, this was filmed at Eastern State Hospital, our own local asylum. :)
